Action Atlas VLA Activation and Result Collection

Action Atlas为6类VLA、4个仿真基准的大规模机制评测保留激活、稀疏自编码器和结果制品。官方Hugging Face集合现有13个公开非gated仓、API合计约6.372TB；抽样manifest与safetensors对象已核验，但6个激活仓缺许可证，不能把全集合视为统一开放。
